Delivery & Postage

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days (Monday to Friday) and within 4 days during busy periods. You should receive notification by email that your order has been received and once it has been dispatched. Please ensure that our email address is added to your ‘safe list’ and not filtered by spam/junk filters.

The delivery charges for your order are calculated in accordance with our delivery rates as set out on our site, and are shown separately on the order confirmation.

Delivery times applicable are those indicated when you place your order. Please note that all delivery times are approximate.

Carriers

In the UK and Ireland, we ship out parcels using HDNL Lite, Regular and Express services. If you live off of the UK mainland, please allow at least an additional 24 hours to receive your order.

Tracking your order

You can follow the packing and shipping stages of your order by clicking on the “History & details of your orders” tab in the “Managing my account” section on our site. This enables you to access your order details.

You may also follow your order by HDNL's official site. To do so, click on www.hdnl.co.uk/UPI-Tracking-Details/ . Please note that signature are only required for HDNL's Express service.

Delivery costs and shipping times

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order without reason, with a full refund provided, as per our terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to change the requested shipping method without reason, and refund any difference in the price paid if applicable.

Maximum weights

32kg per parcel for mainland shipping, 25kg per parcel for non mainland shipping, 20kg per parcel for international delivery.

Shipping times

Please allow 72h for Lite and Regular Service delivery. Count on 48h maximum for Express Service for UK mainland.

Please allow a delay of 3 to 6 days for special destinations within the UK (see below) for Regular Service delivery, up to 25 kg per parcel.
