Directions:
Drain
the tagliatelle and rinse thoroughly with clean water for 3 minutes. The iodine
smell when opening the sachet is normal and disappears after rinsing.

the microwave: Heat them for 1 minute with the sauce you made.

Bain- marie (Water bath): Heat them for 1 minute in boiling water and then add
the sauce of your choice.
