Preparation

Ingredients

Pour Goji berries into a small nonstick saucepan and cover them with water.
Add the liquid sweetener and lemon juice, then bring to a boil.
Finally, add the agar-agar, mix thoroughly, then let simmer for 7 minutes, constantly stirring the mixture as to prevent it from burning and sticking to the pan (add a little water if necessary).
When cooked, the berries must be inflated and caramelized.
Place jam in a glass jar (will keep for several days in the fridge).
