Preheat oven to 210 ° (th. 7)
In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of oat bran (previously passed in the mixer), the dill, salt and pepper.
Rinse the salmon under cold water and dry it with absorbent paper.
Place fillets in a baking dish.
Add salt and pepper if you wish.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the salmon.
Add some paprika for taste, if you wish.
Bake for at least 10 minutes (depending how thick the salmon is).
Serve straight away.
