Peel the pumpkin, clean it well, cut it into cubes, put it to marinate in a bowl with the sweetener and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Then put the mixture into a saucepan and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat; add the spices and the grated zest of oranges.
Allow to cool and then pour into the jar.
The jam is ideal to spread on a delicious Dukan pancake!
