Silky tofu cream with coconut flavoring

Preparation

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to mark 5 / 6 (150/180° C).
Boil the milk in a saucepan.
In a baking dish, mix together the tofu, eggs, sweetener and coconut flavoring.
Pour the hot milk on slowly while stirring.
Put the dish in a bain marie in the oven at mark 5/6 for 60 minutes.
Leave to cool at room temperature and then cool at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove the light skin on top and mix in the cream.
Serve in glasses, and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon or fat-reduced cocoa.
