Preparation

Ingredients

Make the mousse by whipping the egg white until stiff, and then delicately fold in the Normandy fromage frais, Lemon meringue pie flavouring and 1 tbsp powdered sweetener.
Mix the petits-suisses with the Strawberry flavouring, the coloring and 1 tbsp powdered sweetener.
Divide the mixture into 2 glasses, finishing with the mousse.
Leave to cool before eating.
